ChessAlive is a free chess platform for playing, solving puzzles, learning from interactive lessons, and reviewing your games. The fastest way to reach the team for any reason is by email:

We aim to reply within two to three business days. To help us help you faster, please use the most relevant subject below and include any useful detail (your username, the device and browser you were using, and a screenshot if something looked wrong).

Support & bug reports

Something not working — a game that did not save, a puzzle that looked off, a sign-in problem, or a payment question? Email hello@chessalive.com with the subject line "Support". Tell us what you expected to happen and what happened instead, and include your browser/device so we can reproduce it.

Feedback & feature requests

We build ChessAlive around what players actually want. If a lesson could be clearer, a feature is missing, or you have an idea that would make learning chess more fun, we genuinely want to hear it. Use the subject line "Feedback".

Partnerships & advertising

For partnership, content, sponsorship, or advertising enquiries, email us with the subject line "Business" and a short description of what you have in mind. We are happy to talk to coaches, clubs, creators, and brands that share our goal of making chess approachable.
